★Description:
The small finger puncher is a device for preparing (die-cutting) of transmission belts and spindle tapes .
Maximum belt width:100mm or 200mm for option .
Maximum belt thickness:6mm
Finger size:120x10mm, 100x10mm, 80x10mm and 60x10mm for option .
★Feature :
1.The belt is securely clamped on a movable carriage.
2.This carriage is positioned in steps of 10 mm under a die-cutting head.
3.The die-cutting head with two knife blades is then actuated with an eccentric lever,
4.providing enough force to cut even the strongest Armid fabrics with ease.
5.The fingers are thus cut step by step, ensuring the most precise geometry of the cut and therefore optimum
tensile strength of the resulting joint.
6.This small finger punching machine is particularly suited for preparing Flexproof joinable power transmission belts and spindle tapes.
7.It is well suitable for on-site preparation but also works well for small- to medium-sized fabrication in the workshop.
